Esitrain - Course terms and conditions

Agreement: By completing a training booking request and paying the Training Cost, you agree to engage Esitrain to provide the nominated Training Course to the nominated Participants.
Booking Payment & Confirmation: The Training Cost is subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of Training Cost. A booking confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed after full payment has been received by us. Please contact us if you have not received your booking confirmation and tax invoice within one business day of making payment.
Course Pre-requisites: It is important that you fully satisfy any specified prerequisites prior to undertaking the training, as time is not allocated to covering assumed knowledge during the course.
Booking Cancellations: The following policy applies for all booking cancellation requests received by us:
1. Six (6) or more business days’ notice before the course commencement date - full refund provided.
2. Five (5) or fewer business days’ notice before the course commencement date - no refund.
Booking Transfers: Transferring bookings from one person to another is possible if:
1. You advise us at least two (2) business days before the course commencement date; and
2. We have agreed and accepted this request.
Course Cancellations by Esitrain: We reserve the right to cancel, in our sole discretion, any particular course. In the event a specific course is cancelled, participants will be contacted by us to arrange a transfer to an alternative course date. Alternatively, a full refund of the Training Cost is available upon request. Esitrain assumes no responsibility for non refundable airline-tickets, accommodation, deposits, or any other expenses incurred due to course cancellations.
Intellectual Property Rights: Esitrain training material, including online and extended reality training, self-paced or face to face classroom training manuals, and training exercises, are protected by copyright, and cannot be used by you, or any other party, without express permission from us.
Privacy: Esitrain collects, discloses and uses your personal information to provide the products and services that you have asked for and associated support, respond to your enquiries or feedback and to promote products and services offered by us and associated third parties. We may collect personal information from you to allow us to provide our training services. You consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal information for the purposes outlined above.
